At NavBiz, we believe that a true team is built both on the field and in the office. This year's Crohoops season demonstrated that brilliantly. Despite injuries and challenges, the team played equally against the favored opponent in the playoffs and showed character, perseverance, and togetherness.
We are especially pleased with the culture of support we foster — the stands were full of our most loyal cheerleaders, creating an atmosphere that reflects the values we live by in our work: team spirit, trust, and continuous development.
